Our next door neighbor just had an operation the other day (everything is fine). However, being the Jewish mother that I am, I decided to make a pot of Matzo Ball Soup and take it over to their house. I call this recipe "Jewish penecillin". It works wonders. Anways, I got this very sweet voicemail from them going on and on about how good my "balls" are. It made me happy that something so simple could bring such joy.

I was picking up Penn from school the other day and noticed that her little friend was standing there with a very long face. I told Penn to give her a hug. It worked, the long face disappeared and the next thing you know they were both laughing.

Oftentimes we have potential customers ask us, "what do I get if I buy a bike from Erico". Well the answer is you get the little things. We remember our customers names, if you are stranded, call us, we'll pick you up. We're happy to get you a cup of coffee or check the tire pressure on your bike while you are hanging out. We consider you family, and if you are sick, we're even happy to bring you some Matzo ball soup!
